The Titanic Quarter in Belfast features several apartment blocks, most notably The Arc, providing modern living spaces within a large urban waterfront regeneration project. The ARC, an abbreviation for Abercorn Residential Complex, comprises 474 apartments spread across three curved buildings, offering a range of one, two, and three bedroom options with views over the marina complex.

The curved geometry of this development, a striking feature where each block forms an ‘arc’ radiating from the basin’s center, was masterfully
designed by John Reid of Robinson McIlwaine Architects. APS collaborated closely with the architects to bring this statement development to life within Belfast’s iconic Titanic Quarter

With sustainability and functionality at the heart of this flagship scheme, APS ACW 50 curtain walling, AP134 Therm+ casement window, AP200 Therm+ and commercial door Systems offered the designer a wide and diverse range of profiles that provided not only great aesthetics but structural integrity, weather performance, thermal enhancement and security.
