We're proud to highlight the successful construction of a bespoke-designed Primary Care Centre, spanning approximately 55,000 square feet. This impressive four-storey facility features dedicated disabled access parking and a large patient and staff car park. It was meticulously built to the specific design requirements of the end user, ensuring a tailored and highly functional space.
This development is now fully complete and has been entirely let to two key tenants: the Health Service Executive (HSE) and Tusla.
William Donoghue & Associates, the architects behind the state-of-the-art Primary Care Centre and Ambulance Station in Donegal Town, envisioned a bright, modern, and functional building that precisely met their client’s design needs.
Collaborating closely with the APS design team, they successfully brought this vision to life, creating a distinctive and highly functional clinical aesthetic for the building.
