AP200 Therm+ is an insulated polyamide door system which compartmentalizes the profile to act as insulated thermal pockets to enhance the window’s efficiency.
It has a high spec that meets all requirements of a modern thermal efficient door system. It is fully compatible with the AP100 window system. Integral polyamide thermal break sections between inner and outer frames provide the U values required for modern energy efficient buildings in the commercial and residential market.

Materials & Finishes
Aluminium alloy 6063 T5 and T6 complying with the recommendations of BS 7559. Polyamide thermal break sections. Polyester powder coated finish to BS6496 film thickness 60 microns. There are over 400 RAL or BS colours in gloss, satin or matt finish. Dual colour option is also achievable.
Construction
All frame and opening profiles are mitre cut with crimped extruded aluminium corner cleats. Intermediate bars are square cut & butt jointed to frame profiles with extruded aluminium ‘T’ cleats.
Ironmongery & Fittings
A full range of recommended ironmongery is available ‘off the shelf’ at APS including multi-point locking gear operated by lever handles, shoot bolts, butt + surface door hinges, electric strikes and full range of emergency exit gear.
Glazing
The door system is designed to accommodate 28mm and 30mm double glazing and 42mm and 44mm triple glazing, internally or externally glazed. As well as glass, spandrel panels and aluminium panels may be used.
